I'm Cedric Fields, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges and build stronger relationships. As a therapist, I believe that every person has a unique story to tell, and I'm committed to listening carefully and offering compassionate guidance. With my extensive training and experience in marriage and family therapy, I'm equipped to work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with a range of issues, from relationship conflicts to mental health concerns. Some of the areas I specialize in include couples seeking to improve communication, intimacy, and conflict resolution; individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or adjustment issues and families dealing with parenting challenges, sibling rivalry, or blended family dynamics. In my free time I enjoy training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, playing video games, reading fiction, non-fiction, and comic books, and watching anime. I'm dedicated to providing personalized care and attention to each client. I'm committed to ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices. I'm passionate about empowering individuals, couples, and families to build stronger relationships and navigate life's challenges with confidence. My goal is to no longer be needed.
